I liked that I could use sugar or artificial sweetener with fruit from my backyard. Artificially sweetened jam doesn't keep as well, as sugar is a better preservative, but if the jam is used promptly, after opening, it will not mold. The jam preserved well, canned and sitting on the shelf.

I love Guinness! I always joke that it's an adult version of a chocolate shake. Also pretty to look at too.

Had a peck of Peaches and used Monk fruit as the sweetener, Balls no sugar Pectin and a tbsp of calabrian chili peppers at the end of the boil to make some, Killer Popping Peach Pepper (no sugar added) Jam! Wow turned out great, no problems with the jam setting up. The monk fruit sweetener/ ball pectin has ZERO aftertaste. Followed the standard peach jam recipe subbed the monkfruit from lakanato one for one. Could have backed off on the amount of pectin a bit. Used Balls package recommendations.
