It's worth the expense. It's easy to use. It cuts down on the discomfort of a skin rash like diver, rash, or any other rash one might get under, but but it's comfortable to use and if you need it, don't be afraid of it. It's worth it.

Great preventative diaper rash cream
Great preventative diaper rash cream. I use it after every diaper change. It also heals diaper rash. A must to have for new borns sensitive skin.

I use this for a serious rash with raw bleeding skin. Anytime my skin starts to show the rash, I immediately grab the Balmex. it is my go-to every time. When I can't find it I get very upset. I use a glove to apply because it is a thick cream and does not wash off real easy. My only problems with this item are the availability and definitely the price. However, it works great, so I pay for it. I have recommended it to others who I know have used it, and they love the results. I will continue to recommend this product as I know it really works.
