Bought it for the baseball games this summer. Even though it is a lotion, they didn't allow aerosol cans into the ball diamond. So this one is allowed in so you can reapply usually by the 5th or 6th inning. And don't have to worry about leaving the ballpark like a overcooked lobster.

I liked the consistency and ease of application. The scent reminds me of summer and the beach and is not overwhelming. During the summer this is the only sunblock I use, it's the only one I can depend on. I have never burned when using banana boat sport, even after spending long days on the boat. It does everything it claims to do, but the one thing they don't advertise well enough is the fact that it does not sting your eyes. If you spend any time at the lake when it's 100° outside, you know how bad you sweat. Most sunblocks will run right into your eyes and your eyes will be red and stinging for the rest of the day. somehow banana boat protects your skin without getting in your eyes. Take it from a sensitive skin ginger, this can't be beat.

It absorbs into our skin quickly and leaves no residue beside. It does have a sunblock smell so you would know if someone was wearing it.

I began by applying this product to my neck. I immediately felt a burning sensation and stopped applying it. My neck became very red and inflamed. Now it's the next day and the skin on my neck is still very red and irritated. It feels like a chemical burn. I have no allergies and have never had an adverse reaction to sunscreen. It's worrisome - what is in this product? Are other users also suffering chemical burns? Should this product be recalled? Banana Boat needs to know about this.
