We love to eat Banza pasta at our house! It makes it simple to add protein to any meal, such as casseroles or cold pasta salads. I can use just a little meat for flavor and make a family favorite a lot less fatty (like just 1 pound ground chuck in 10 quarts of pasta e fagioli). It takes a bit of practice at first to learn how to watch the Banza pot for al dente texture, but it's easy and quick. Best of all.... it just tastes like regular pasta! Not corn or quinoa or something else. I'm happy to see so many other people like Banza (like my doctor and my dietician), because its success means I can find it easily. When it's in stock! LOL
I love Banza pasta products! They're the closest I've had to white flour pasta. They're easy to cook and make such a healthy alternative! Love!!!!
This product was the answer to my prayers. 3 years ago I stopped eating pasta for I could not digest it. I have autoimmune deseas and pasta was one of the staples that was making me sick. My son has Autism and he can not eat regular pasta either, pasta makes his symptoms worse. So Banza gave us the opportunity to eat pasta again without getting stomach pain, getting bloated and getting chronic fatigue which were my typical symptoms and my autistic toddler used to get tantrums and get aggressive. All those symptoms related to regular GMO supermarket pasta. Thank you Banza for being a light at the end of the tunnel and giving us the opportunity to enjoy again what we like. I hope I can work with you guys someday and continue helping more people. I passed on my knowledge of this wonderful pasta to many moms who's kids have autism and they are all enjoying and thriving too!
I feel so seen! It's awesome that The Sporkful included GF eaters in the release of this brand new pasta shape and even better that it's Banza. Definitely only cook it for 8 minutes at a *simmer* and remember to rinse! I have been following that instruction and it makes for a much better eating experience.
My first batch of Cascatelli was the Banza version. I boiled it for 11 minutes and drained it. I added extra virgin California olive oil, French Feta Cheese and garnished it with paprika, crushed red pepper and a drizzle of a nice thick Balsamic vinegar. All three Sporkful parameters were outstanding and I ate the entire box. Thank you, Andrew
My husband and I was delighted that we both enjoyed the pasta made of Chic Peas. It really taste like regular pasta. I like that it's more healthy too.
My partner and I are happy to find this healthier choice. We love pasta and are fine with gluten, but trading carbs for protein has made us feel stronger and healthier.
Cascatelli is fantastic! Banza has tweaked it to perfection and it has perfect toothsinkability, forkability and sauceability!! Your mouth will love this pasta !
Thrilled to find more and more options for Gluten-Free pasta. This brand was a first for me, I purchased 2 types, and it was yummy! I honestly couldn't tell that it was any different from any other pasta, with the benefit (for me) of being GF, which for medical purposes is the only type I can eat. Great job Banza. Very grateful that Walmart carries GF pasta!
Heck to the yes! This is the best thing on the planet its allergy friendly, fun, and delicious. I love love love love banza. I sub boxes of it out at Italian places and boom I can eat at restaurants again. This is one happy celiac who's life you have literally changed for the better. I can not express how much I love this product.
