Love!
It is awesome to have such a great quality noodle for celiacs. Our family gatherings I can use these and our kids fit right in being able to eat what others are eating. Those who are not gluten intolerant can't tell the difference. Do not add oil or salt while cooking gluten free noodles! They are more fragile than regular noodles but not near as much as other brands. Nor is this particular elbow cut Holds up well.

Best Gluten Free Pasta
Having tried many different types of gluten free pasta by many different companies I've found Barilla to be the best. No over excessive corn flavor and holds up well. Walmart has a very limited in store choices for those of us needing Gluten Free and it's a shame that this has to be ordered online.

I have tried several high priced gluten-free pastas and Barilla is the best for me. The texture is good. My family also likes it. I choose this over all the others.

Great taste!
My son has celiac disease and we've tried a variety of pastas to find one that tastes 'normal'. Barilla definitely makes the best!

Unexpectedly good!
From time to time I purchase gluten-free products to fix when our gluten-allergic daughter and grandson come to visit. I've tried other gluten-free pasta, and it was so-so. This product is different. The Barilla brand has nailed it, and it tastes great!

Barilla GF elbow pasta
So glad you added this gluten free elbow pasta!! Its the only kind my daughter will eat. She has Autism and only eats a few things. Please keep it in stock, I will buy at least 3 boxes a week. Thanks, Veronica

Bad shipper
The product is OK for gluten free. The only stuff that is better is far more expensive. The shipper sent it to me though half crushed in a bubble wrap envelope.
