Barimelts Bariatric Vitamins, Once-Daily Bariatric Multivitamin with Iron and Magnesium, 60 caplets

I am in love with Barimelts. This product has all that my doctor required of me. I LOVE that this product has the methylated B vitamins. This really sold it for me!

I've been looking for a vitamin that's not big and doesn't smell. This once daily multivitamin with iron is a winner for me. Easy to swallow and doesn't have a weird smell. I will definitely sign up for a monthly subscription.

I love these easy to take no issues with my stomach I was advised to take pills after 3 months post op glad I did , I'm so happy I have these pills

I'm not positive but I think I feel a little different after starting these. I'll know more in a month

So far my post op blood tests have been good, I've been taking these since I have been able to swallow regular pills and before that I was taking the dissolvable barimelts. The transition was very smooth and pleasant.

Had VSG on July 2023. Started feeling my hands and arms getting numb because I am a knucklehead that never took her vitamins. I tried them all. Gummies. Regular, other bariatric ones… and hated them. But now I take these ones religiously and I am good. Do not ever stop taking your vitamins. Or your hands will get numb and then everything else that happens.

One of the only side-effects I've had since I started my weight loss journey has been nausea. And the vitamins I was taking only made it worse. I stopped taking them for a while and was feeling good but at my 1-year check-up I'd lost a lot of muscle mass. I was experiencing low energy and knew I needed to get back into a vitamin regimen. These have been wonderful and NO NAUSEA! One and done each day and I'm feeling great! Highly recommend!

I have tried other bariatric vitamins and these are much smaller and coated so it makes it so much easier to swallow. The others made my stomach hurt and cramp and these do not. I do make sure I take them close to a meal, but I will continue to buy these because they do work for me .

The name led me to believe this is something that would melt/dissolve in my mouth vs. having to swallow a pill. With that said, they do slide down much smoother than expected.

I've only been taking these vitamins for a week, but so far so good. They're bigger than they appear on the site but the coating helps make them easier to swallow.
