The list of ingredients is impressive. Packaged in a neat easy to use bottle with nozzle. Spray two or three times directly into your throat. Taste is mild and herbal. I wish it was slightly stronger/spicier so four stars. Dosage: whenever you feel like it but not too often obviously.

This throat spray was a disappointing purchase. From its unpleasant taste and it failed to meet my needs. I would not recommend this product to anyone seeking effective and soothing throat relief. There are much better alternatives available that deliver on their promises without the drawback. I expected more out of it especially with how expensive it was. Unfortunately this fell short for me.
