took 4 days to work. kept in ear for 1 hour, once per day. on the 4th day after using used ear syringe with very warm water all the wax build up came out, the fullness in ear went away, hearing came back now everything is very loud. tinnitus is gone but now ringing in the other ear so I will use this to clear up that ear. the natural ear wax cleaning solution I used for 4 days did not work half as good as this does.

I have had ear issues since age 3 ive used many different products over the years hyland has one helps pain but overall best ear drop is debrox especially for clearing out build up. i have severe sinus allergy issues often means need drops to clear out ears safely. sometimes so bad nothing but Debrox works no matter how similiar Debrox is first choice.

I've not used eardrops before so I was a little bit surprised. I thought it would work better than it did or I just have a whole lot of earwax one or the other.

This is the best solution to ear wax removal . I've tried other brands that didn't work. No other compares to Debrox. This brand is also highly recommended by my primary Doctor. Is a trusted brand that does what it claims.

Works well. I wish I would have noticed that there isn't a bulb or syringe included. The first time I used it, my ear must have been pretty filled with wax. I could hear the drops crackle and sizzle in my ear. I was only able to get 2 drops in. I also forgot that ear wax removal agents are very oily. You might encourage Debrox to do better online and package instructions so people know that this just contains the drops. Plus the writing on the box is tiny.

Purchased this for mom. Doctor recommended this product for her. She had to have her ears cleaned out at the doctors office so to prevent further complications the doctor recommended this to use. I put them in her ears once a month.

Dr said 5 drops at night for a week. Which would softenthe was for easy ear wash. Did as told but it didnt soften anything. The nurse wound up puncturing my ear drum now i have to go to specialist.

for some reason this product didn't work for me despite following directions, maybe wax build up is to deep or possible infection (?). I continually used small amounts of peroxide and used a nasal suction ball to finally get ear abit unplugged, full hearing back in that ear but still alittle cracking and periodic slight pain.

I purchased this item after reviewing all of the details online. I was surprised when it was delivered and it did not have a little Bulb Syringe, which I was expecting. Walmart Required that a Driver, named Peter, come and pick up this item before they could refund my purchase. Their Driver, Peter, did come and pick up the item, however either he did not Scan the Barcode, or he Lost the Item or something else, I do not know, so now I do Not have the Item Or the Refund that I was Promised! I am Furious with Walmart, I spend all day with them on the phone yesterday, and my Medicare Advantage Company has now filed a Grievance against them (Walmart said 'Contact your Financial Institution'). I am Livid with Walmart! I am a Walmart Member and all I wanted to do was return this item so that I could purchase the one that I had Originally wanted, with the Bulb Syringe, so Now, thanks to Walmarts Inept Customer Service, I am Out the Item and Out my Money as Well! That is Theft!
