Shipping and handling
Boxes came in very poor condition…. SHIPPING handling was poor, but product is excellent.

Standardized review format isn't really worthwhile
The transaction worked as predicted: I ordered, it came, I used. This is an eye medication so no customer feedback relevant except that the drops fall in by gravity, don't hurt, hopefully some months down the pike will benefit me....who knows?
