BBC Earth All-in-One Extreme Chemistry Set, Kids Science Experiment Kit for Boys and Girls, Ages 6+

This is an interesting kit that became gifts for a 6, 8 and 13 year olds. I am happy to say that all ages thoroughly enjoyed it. I would recommend this for your learning kid, or yourself (it was 😁 fun).

I sent this to my 8 year old great nephew. His eyes lit up when he saw the box. I have received a video of the volcano project and promises of more videos. I enjoyed the excitement in his voice. This might be one of the best gifts of the year!

This was for my grandson and son to work on together. Projects were teachable moments together.

its showed little experiments with little to no context. the kids just didn't learn anything and didn't get the point.

Not "all-in-one" and there is nothing extreme about this chemistry set. Many experiments are rather boring or work poorly. Slimy worms were the best by far and are the only reason not to give a one star.

The kit is missing key materials for 3 of the 10 experiments - red zinc sulfide and chromatography paper. The materials lists are inconsistent with the instructions. On a less important note, it would be awesome if each set of instructions had the corresponding image next to it.

we opened this kit to do the experiments with children and it didn't come with any supplies that were needed to do the experiments with. the only part that came with it was a petri dish but nothing else was in there so we had to go ahead and use some household things that we had. So definitely not worth purchasing again

If you want to be bored and disappointed this is your kit!
