BBC Earth Science of Crystal Growing Kit, STEM Chemistry Experiment Set for Kids and Teens, Ages 12+

The growing crystal stem kit is good for all ages. My 8 year old loves it. The crystals must have the growing crystal grower added into it. That will help it to grow bigger. You must have it, we did it without one and it took longer to grown and it wasn’t as big. But it is easy to do and the crystals are nice.

I feel like for the price,quality, %26 overall experience/performance for a child it’s okay somewhat considering the fact that the whole “experiment” didn’t work %26 no crystals were “grown”. For the price overall I feel as though it’s definitely not worth it %26 could be a lower price or at least somewhat of a better quality for the price.

At 29 if I had fun with this all children and teens will love this.

Giving it as a gift so obviously I have not opened it but it is exactly the same as the product in the photo...arrived quickly!!!

I thought this would be a great project for my nine year-old grandson, it was easy to do, but it has been six days and no crystals growing. I'm not sure that I would recommend this product.

The instructions were simple and straight forward. we did the steps, as instructed, and set aside to grow. after 3 days (half the growing time) nothing had changed. I reviewed the instructions, nothing was overlooked. I wanted the remaining 3 days, and still zero growth, just cloudy water. Absolute waste of time. If i could give zero stars, I would.

This product was supposed to be a crystal growing kit where you coup is grow crystals in 6 days. One of the “crystals” disengrated after Day 3 in the solution. Day 6 the other two barely grew or had any change at all to the structure. It looks nothing like the box. Nowhere close to it. My child was so disappointed.

Look at the pic provided, this is what you get for your money, trash! Extremely embarrassed as it was a Xmas gift for my grandson! Don’t waste your money!

would give it a BIG FAT ZERO IF POSSIBLE. Followed directions EXACTLY nothing happened. Do not buy . My grandkids were so excited , than greatly disappointed when nothing happened.

Do not waste your money on this one. I bought it for my son and was disappointed with the result. The crystal grew but very tiny. It was not how they advertised it. Shame.
