It works
This is a compact size dvd player. it is easy to hook up to my tiny desktop computer and play my dvd's. It works great. I like it and recommend it.

Works like a dream!
Be warned, you'll need a DVD playing app for your computer. After that, everything else is self explanatory. Very satisfied with this purchase!

Not Easy to use, but it's working.
I like it. My old DVD player went out so I thought I d try this. I couldn't figure out how to set it up, even when looking it up online. My tech savvy daughter came in town and after trial and error, she was able to set it up. I haven t figured out how to skip to menu's on the DVD, even when we went and bought a TV remote. Hopefully next time my daughter comes in town, she can help me figure it out

Upon arrival this item would not turn on bc the case was not connecting to the device. The connection was bent and my son had to work on it to get it to come on. Not expecting this item to last too long since it wasn't made correctly in the first place. Seems like they'd at least test it to make sure it comes on before sending it out the door.

Not actually a DVD drive
This is NOT A DVD DRIVE! It's called a DVD drive in the product title, the box says DVD drive in multiple places, but it is just a piece of plastic with a slot for a DVD drive and a USB cord to connect it - read the description carefully, don't make my mistake.

An item to be Returned
Despite their claim of wide compatibility, this device is not detected via USB-C on my MacBook (running OS Sequoia) or via USB-A or USB-C on my iMac (running OS Ventura).

Disappointed and aggravated
I ordered this product (dvd player) but I did not receive it.I received a cd writer and I started a return. I received a confirmation email saying I could return the product back to the store and I had till October 30th to do so. When I got to the store, which is about 20 minutes away, I was told that they could not accept it that it was too late for the return. And I told them that I had till the 30th of October. But he refused to let me return the item. This is outrageous, since it's not even the right product. Usually customer service does a great job. I don't think I'm going to shop online anymore. It's a shame, cause online is the only shopping I do with Walmart, due to mobility issues.
