At first it wasn't doing anything i was ready to reurn actually then i disassembled and reassembled and it was working perfectly Ill keep it after all

I t requires a spring under each wick for it to work. They supply the springs but don't tell you they are there and don't glue them in. Immediately dropped out of the cover and one is now lost forever so I get only half the amount of vapor which isn't going do my much good. I'm so disappointed but like they say, you get what you pay for. Bummer bcz this gotel room is dry and has dust flying around all the time.

READ FIRST: The pictured product is correct but the rest of the information is not. 1. This does NOT shut off when the tank runs out, there is nothing monitoring the water level. 2. This is not a diffuser and can not have oil put in it. 3. There is no aromatherapy tray, also because it is not a diffuser. 4. A 1.5 litre tank holds 50.8 fluid ounces, this tank holds 24 fluid ounces. This unit is not BCOOS, the brand is unknown. H8 is the model. I am including photos, you will see how exaggerated they did their photos, look at their photo with the orange next to it, then look at mine with the apple. If they didn't do false advertising on this product it would be fine, but almost all the information is a lie, and then the photos are rediculous after all that. This is a good unit, it does put cool mist in the air, it is quiet, it does shut down after 5 hours of use, it does flash colors. But, I wanted you to know what your getting. I wanted safety shut off and oil diffuser option. I got had on this thing, now I'll go review the seller.

Puts out no more mist than an essential oil diffuser on highest setting. Is not 1.5 liters, holds 24 ounces completely full (so less than half of what it says)

I plugged it in last night and the humidity level was 34%. It was 31% this morning

It does NOT have all the options it says it has, is only the size of a standard coffee mug, the lid just loosely sits on top, no seal or twist or anything to hold it on, it comes with a USB cord, but not the piece that plugs into the wall, so I had to go buy one before I could even use it. IM DISAPPOINTED, DISGUSTED and MAD!! (Photo is next to roll of toilet paper)

I was supposed to get a 5L humidifier. I got a 1L or 2L. And it doesn't work!! No fan or anything to make the water flow!! Rip off!! No instructions too!!!! Money back!!

This product was not good. The instructions are located on the side of the box. I followed the simple instructions when I pushed the button and the button was stuck inside the hole. It did not work at all.

I followed the instructions, but the humidifier isn't working. When I press the power button, only the middle light turns on (pink), and then nothing happens. The button doesn't respond no matter how I press it; the middle light just stays on. I suspect the unit itself is defective. I want return it. However I “used “ it. So would I return it?

Wasted my money purchasing this item. Not at all what I thought I was ordering. It won't last the 6 or 7 hrs I sleep each night. only lasts about 3-4 hrs . The lights are so annoying staying on when in use too…can't turn them off
