Placed this mister in my work area, and it helped heal my problematical dry nose.

moisturizes a very tiny area. Must use distilled water. plugs into computer. Can't get a real ans as to what chargers (in terms of watts) I can use instead.

I should have read the reviews on here before buying instead of trusting Consumer Reports. Yes, it's quiet and has pretty lights, but sometimes one of the spouts seemed to get stuck and make a hissing sound until it started working again. Worse, it left a huge puddle. I put a kitchen towel under it and it soaked the towel. That's a waste of water. It also didn't raise the humidity of my small office more than to 24% humidity at max. Thankfully, I was able to get a refund.

I love the size, quietness and convenience of this small personal humidifier. However 2 out of 3 times that I have used it, there is a huge puddle (about 4X6 inches of standing water) pooled all over the wooden table that it is sitting on. I don't know if it is a bad seal or what, but I am returning it before it ruins my furniture.

This was supposedly highly rated on consumer reports but it is the worst! I ran it overnight to find a puddle of water beneath it and standing water puddles on everything around it. It ruined the finish on my bedside table. I will never purchase anything with a link to buy from consumer reports again.

Spurts water all over. Up to 1/4 inch overnight in the metal pan I had to put it in to contain it. Not enough mist even with both sides operating. Would not recommend, buy again %26 would return if possible. And only gave it one star because I couldn't review if I gave it a zero

The only way to fill this is by unscrewing the entire top. The only problem with that is the SIZE! My arthritic hands are too small to get a grip on it. My neighbor will usually come over %26 fill the darn thing for me, but if he forgets? It's simply a dry night for me.

The product seemed to work great, but it ends up sitting in a puddle of water every morning. There is a leak somewhere. It wrecked the finish on my furniture.

This Lasko Personal Cool Mist Humidifier spits water and soaks the surface that it is sitting on. The twist-off upper section (so you can fill the unit) is nearly impossible to twist. It would be a very bad choice for someone with grip problems. We will be returning it.
