Love
My family loves these! We use them for fevers, headaches/migraines, and keeping cool. You can cut them in half to use for kiddos. It's great that you don't have to hold them in place. We never go without these in the house! Walmart has the best price as well.

For general cooling regimen on a hot day
I learned that there are similar patches used in Japan for cooling on a hot day. These were the closest I could find without driving 25 miles to the Japanese grocery store. The person I bought them for tried these and said they work for offering a cooling sensation when it’s just too warm, so I might be buying more.

Stays put, also good for fevers, light scent
I always keep these on hand. They don't magically cure your headache, but they do help. They are great if you have a headache and want to lay down because they don't fall off. Also good for a fever. If they get too warm, un-stick it for a minute and it cools right down. They do have a very slight scent that I've noticed if I have one of those headaches where I'm sensitive to smells. Not heavy or too cold like an ice pack.

They didn't work
I tried them out when I had a migraine, they did not help that much to soothe. Helped for the first 10-15 minutes only, probably wouldn't buy this product again.
