I decided to try these because hot flashes and FL heat combined is horrible. I can carry a fan but that doesn't help in there. These things are amazing. I love that they are reusable and you can throw them in the fridge/ freezer to get them ready to go again. I've even brought a zip lock bag and put them in the cooler to get cold while out and about. Whoever came up with them, best idea ever. You can use them whenever and they are comfortable to wear and not bulky at all. I highly recommend!

These are really helpful in cooling down areas that get very hot. It helps so much if you are in that stage of life. Hot flash? Grab those pads and put them where you need them. I know I will use these a lot in the summer so I'm very happy with them.

It doesn't matter the time of year I just get hot. These really help to cool me down. They are comfortable and you cant even tell you have them on.

Effectively cools in the chest area. They lose their coolness sensation within a couple of minutes though. In spit of that, I would recommend.

Well, I had pretty high hopes. I'm in the throes of perimenopause and I've been trying quite a lot of different things so I was looking foward to these. I've used them twice and I will say that when you put them in your bra- the cooling effect is fantastic but they don't stay cool for long if you've got large ones that produce a lot of heat. I wish they were thicker- like those bra inserts we used to wear in the 2000's. I will continue to use them in combination with all the other things I have to stay cool. Nice product idea but PLEASE MAKE THEM THICKER!
