Sound quality is great, they stay on your ears fantastically, battery life is quite impressive last close to 9 hours of runtime, love the charging case over all extremely happy with this purchase!!

They are so easy to pair. The charge is long lasting. The sound quality is superb and they’re lightweight and attractive looking. I just find them to be a little uncomfortable for my small ears. I love them.

It would’ve been nice if the beats that I received for a very good price, but still expensive would have not smelled like old water or mildew. Had I realized they would smell completely through the box I would’ve saved the box and returned them. But I have already destroyed the box so I have to keep them. But I am constantly cleaning the beats and their charging box, and spraying them with different scents in order to remove the mildew odor. Thankfully, I cannot smell them once they’re in my ear.

I traveled two hours to pick up my pair of ear buds from a store that had them in stock, and after opening them once I returned home, a pair of the spare ear tips were missing and the main button on the right earbud seems to be jammed, causing it to malfunction.

I do not think these are real. The quality is not the same as the four other pairs I’ve had. (I have lost a couple and my dog chewed up a couple). The button on the left side does not work.

They have been really good but have to give it a 2 star now as we have not had them 6 months and the left earbud won’t work or charge anymore. These should last longer than that as we have had ones before for over 5 years and have just bought new upgraded styles.

The sound was so low. I have the iPhone 16 pro max the volume was all the way up. The muffler sound was horrible. I tried to return them and the lady stated that I couldn’t. I had only had them like a hour 😢😢

they keep unpairing and I bought the extended warranty but it's not in effect until a year after purchase, turns out I didn't buy them from Walmart I bought them from a seller and I have requested several times a receipt because the receipt Walmart provides is not adequate for AppleCare so I can't even use the factory warranty it's ridiculous
