Was skeptical but was perfect! Never bought a refurbished electronic and this came out to around $300 so I was hoping I didn’t just get scammed but it was perfect. Came in an apple bow with the charger and everything, clean and plastic wrapped. Also I did find out Walmart will except returns in your local store so I had ease of mind if I did have an issue

I love Walmart. I go to Walmart about three weeks or so each week and when I saw a TikTok I mediately check it out for myself when I saw it myself I was like wow and purchased the iPad. I have the whole Apple ecosystem, Apple I knew this purchase was going to be amazing I have no regret buying it. No issues fast shipping, I ordered it Wednesday and it got delivered to me Friday I love my iPad

2021 iPad is awesome and it came earlier than originally that it said it would be. I love it! I’d ordered one older and it didn’t compare to this Apple that I’d purchased. I would happily and DEFINITELY recommend it. Once again thank you Apple! I also ordered a case to go with it.

this was my first time ordering from walmart i was a lil skeptical because of the other reviews but i need it for college i got it the same day and it’s perfect i’ve now had it for 2 days and it’s perfect !!!! not laggy !! it’s good with roblox as well lol it’s perfect !

I went back and forth on buying an iPad and which model. I read reviews and gen 9 was highly rated and I must say so far it has not let me down! I'm in love with this devices and it does everything I need it to, so let's hope I still feel this way months down the line!

I will never order from or shop at Walmart again. What a joke. Ordered this on Black Friday along with the pencil and a case. The pencil and case arrived, but the iPad never showed up. Customer service told me it was out for delivery. It never came. Eventually they cancelled my order... so I ordered another one to pick up in the store. They said they would have it ready within a couple hours. A few hours later I get an email saying it was unavailable but "may be available for shipping". I'm sorry what? Is it available or not? Obviously I just cancelled the order because I knew if I asked for it to be delivered it would not show up. I don't think they even have them in stock. They gave me the run around so that I would spend money and buy the pen and the case at full price to have with my heavily discounted iPad. Ended up ordering it to pick up at Best Buy and it was ready in less than an hour. Save your time and shop somewhere else... Walmart ain't it. (Oh, did I mention the case I ordered had a huge scratch down the front? And since $20 is not enough to make me deal with this horrible company again I just threw it in the trash, where Walmart belongs.

Hey everbuddy, here now the views. This is not a slam on Apple or the iPad in general, I love Apple products. The brand-new sealed ipad purchased from Walmart was received on Monday 8-1-22 and wouldn’t start up, just a white screen with vertical lines. I hope the replacement works. It arrives today, Friday 8-5-22 and I’ll update later whether the new one works or not.

Horrible was sent the wrong item and am being asked to return the wrong item for a return after speaking to support which doesn’t make any sense and also isn’t legal since the return would be expecting the item that was ordered and not the one wrong one I received.

Product never arrived, FEDX %26 WalMart pointed at each other. For the first time EVER, FedEX said they delivered product but did not take a picture and could produce proof of delivery. WalMart offshore customer service told me wait a week. After two weeks of calls to both companies each said "dispute the transaction with the other" Last WMT C/S representative said they would send a new order at no charge. never arrived so I produced the evidence and DISPUTED CHARGE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. 3 days later got credit so now I'm going to store to purchase. Don't get burned on shipped electronics seems they disappear often as i read reviews.

Well if I had the iPads I’d be able to tell you how I liked them but instead they were left on my porch for everyone to see even tho they could have been put behind something and they were stolen and Walmart won’t do anything to help me so now I’m asked out 650$ with no iPad for Christmas
