I purchased these for my office zoom meetings since I sit in a cubicle and so happen to actually use for the gym as well. I don’t like bulky head phones and didn’t want AirPods for my work stuff. The cord is convenient to where I won’t lose. My only regret is it doesn’t come with a carry case. But they sell it online. The noice level is great. Connects right away and drowns out backup noise
👍 Pros: • Sound Quality: Beats Flex delivers surprisingly rich and balanced audio for the price. The bass is punchy (as expected from Beats), but vocals and mids come through clearly — making them great for both music and podcasts. • Charging Speed: Fast Fuel charging is a standout feature — just a 10-minute charge gives you around 1.5 hours of playback. This is super convenient for on-the-go use. • Battery Life: With up to 12 hours of battery life on a full charge, they easily last through a full day of casual use, commutes, or workouts. 👎 Cons: • No Auto Power-Off: The biggest downside is that the headphones don’t automatically power off when not in use — even when the earbuds are magnetically clipped together. This can lead to accidental battery drain if you forget to turn them off manually.
It’s hard to tell when they’re hooked up, you gotta look down at your phone. I have some other ones that say into your ear “battery level…,connected” when you switch them on. I guess because these are waterproof,. The switch is real hard to tell if it’s been pressed or not and it’s impossible to tell when they’re hooked up unless you look down at your phone so you can’t really hook them up while you’re talking and you have to do it beforehand, - bad for incoming calls, unless she already hooked up I use them only for talking on phone calls, not for listening to music. I turned them off between calls because the battery doesn’t last, maybe throughout part of the day.
I purchased 2 marked down and neither of them work. New, not refurbished. Neither of them turn on. I ordered then by mail and would have to return them in a store. No shipping return option. So I'm stuck with 2 non working products. Beyond disappointed. Both have a blinking white light when I charged (for hours) and no light or sound in either pair.
I’ve been using Beats Flex ear plugs for years now. My son uses them as well. In the past month he has ordered and returned 2 pairs of buds because they did not work right out of the box. Then a pair of mine acted up and I ordered a new pair with the same result. So sad. I love these buds but I’m on the hunt for a new brand.
Opened box today after purchase in January 2026. Product appeared to be unused, but didn't work. Went to the Apple Genius bar to find out that it had been returned under warranty to Apple back in 2023! There was nothing Apple could do for me. Lesson learned to NEVER buy Apple products from Walmart. Go to an authorized partner or directly to Apple.
I bought on Sept 28th, 2025. I only wear them to the gym, and some how the bottom part of the base for the volume is broke, wires showing.
İts came doesnt work. İ drive walmart returned. İ ordered from online new one and they send me exact same box and exact same earbud again still doesnt work. Are you kidding me? This is fraud. And Spam!
Bought these as a gift. When the arrived the condition of the box was in terrible shape. This is clearly a returned item. Unfortunately, I missed the return window. Decided to keep for myself and they won't charge. Buyer sold Defective item and I'm out my money.
Last four pair I've bought I've had problems with. Last pair I sent in for apple to fix them and even though I have them all necessary info they sent them back saying they couldn't find the serial number, so they just sent them back to me! Ridiculous
