Best headphones I’ve ever owned! These are my favorite purchase ever! I’ve never had headphones so loud and they are actually noice canceling. They work amazing still and I’ve had them for a while and they are still the amazing brown color. I really love these and have used them on flights and long car rides plus in the gym! They don’t fall off and they don’t hurt my ears like some headphones do.

I did have to return them because the left side stopped working. It started being very static overall it's a good product. I probably just got a bad pair.

The product is overall good. The only issue I realized it had was that the left side to adjust the headphone was damaged. I would consider checking immediately once you get home. Other than that quality of sound, and fitting is perfect.

I did an order online on Walmart.com and picked up the Beats Studio Pros from my local Walmart. That process was great. I parked in the pickup spot, used the Walmart app to let them know I was there and the parking post number. In less than 10 minutes someone came out with the order. That process was great. The packaging is great as any Apple product should be. Setup and connectivity to my iPhone was seamless, again like any Apple product should be. The material, fit and comfort is great. Features are good enough. What I don't like is Apple really messed with the bass on these headphones. Bass is barely there. Beats headphones were a lot better pre-Apple. If you look on other review posts everyone has the same complaint about these headphones. The mids and highs are good, but the sound is almost too "bright". I wish there was a way to adjust the bass in the headphones themselves. A lot of streaming services don't offer a good equalizer to adjust the bass. Don't get me wrong these are nice headphones and if you can buy when on sale do it. They work really well with an iPhone to listen to music and to take phone calls.

Beats just aren’t great or the same as they use to be…. These here deliver sound equivalent to headphones you could pick up at Ross and the bass just doesn’t hit at all… anyone that says they do haven’t heard any other part of headphones in their life…. ANC is pretty good though. Build quality is pretty sub pa. Hinges feel it’ll snap at any moment.

I was in the store to buy the item, it was in the glass case. the clerk took it out I look at it and conformed it was the right item. then he told me I couldn't by it from him at the price I saw it at online. I had to stand there and order it online Walmart.com, pay for it then come back to the same store over 4 hours later to pick up the same item I already had in my hand! This is PURE insanity!!!

These were great for a few days. Then my left ear began to buzz non stop. Unfortunately I tried to take them Back to the store. Yet since they were on sale when I got them they wouldn’t let me exchange them. So Apple is planning to try and fix them or send me a new pair. Not good for customers when your store refuses to exchange a damaged item. Terrible customer service. They will become a paper weight. Beware this is an issue with these headphones in transparency mode. Well documented all over the internet. Buy another brand beats doesn’t stand behind their products at all. Just a name brand. You’re welcome in advance.

These headphones promised studio level sound and active noise cancellation. My AirPod Pro 2s ANC wis significantly better than these and they’re way more comfortable. The sound in my AirPods is also better than these. The switching between Apple devices was nonexistent so there’s zero convenience compared to AirPods. They were hit on my ears and squeezed my head. The only upside is the battery life which is not a reason to have these heavy headphones handing around. I’ll stick with AirPod pros and wait to get the new 3s on a Black Friday sale.

I've had them for three months and they have never worked properly. People can't hear me during phone calls. Recently, one of the speakers started only producing static. Now I am out of money and I have to buy a new pair. My AirPods Pro have been through the wash and fell in the garbage disposal, but many years later, they still work perfectly. Now I have e-waste that I have to figure out how to dispose of. One star because they are comfortable; too bad they don't work.

This was a used item not a brand new item that was sent to me . It had some ones name on it when connected it . plus did not have any wires to charge it for the price this was a present for my nephew so just got opened. I advised to check your order before give it to someone for a gift
