My favorite feature is the silence mode. And you can’t accidentally hit buttons because it’s on off mode so the touchpad doesn’t light up unnecessarily. I will say any “hold for 3 seconds” is actually more like 5 so be patient when changing the clock.

Absolutely love this microwave! it's beautiful, matches my kitchen aesthetic. it's not as powerful as the one I had before but gets the job done. the buttons get a little getting used to but overall great purchase

I love how massive this thing is! it's insanely beautiful with the MATTE White Icing color choice! I am a sucker for gold embellishments and this collection is giving my favorite! There are a lot of heating options and some multi-use "buttons" that are somewhat confusing plus it's only 10 or 30 second increments which is kinda annoying, but I'm learning, and it's teaching me patience! Haha!

I want to give this microwave 4 stars so bad because I don't like the defrost function or maybe I have to read a manual to figure out how to use it more effectively and I didn't like the price. I thought the price was too high. However, it's so beautiful and meshes so well, with my kitchen remodel, that I have to go ahead and give it the 5 stars. Because it's just really pretty and I like to look at it and I have all of the other beautiful appliances so they're all matching in white and gold, and it's just to die for! Also our family surname starts with a "B". So it's just so delightful to walk in. The kitchen and see all the bees on all the appliances.

It looks nice but doesn't heat things up well. I have to microwave things 3x as long as with my old microwave. Also you can only microwave things in increments of 10 seconds so you have to pay attention and manually stop if you need to warm something up for times other than 10 second increments.

It's a beautiful microwave and it works. The downside for me is that we have only had it for 2 weeks and it's already starting to rust on the bottom back edge. Soooo I guess if you buy it- make sure to wipe it down quickly if something spills in it or let it air out after you boil or steam something. Wouldn't buy it again while I've got kids still in the house.

I already had several of the Beautiful appliances and wanted them all to match. However, the microwave, as all of the Beautiful appliances, has too many extra steps to go through. There's nothing quick and simple about it. I still have figured out how to use the 1/2 power features, even though I've read the manual. Using this microwave is NOT convenient.

While the microwave is aesthetically pleasing, it arrived with the touch display virtually inoperable. Even if it didn't arrive damaged, I feel it would be difficult to operate, especially for younger children.

Total CRAP Drew!! Brand new. Fan does not work. Overheats and shuts off completely. Condensation gathers inside (bc no exhaust fan). Press time cook but nowhere to type in time to cook. Never buying something bc it was pretty again. Hopefully someone else reads the reviews unlike me. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I'm sad to report that this microwave was damaged right out of the box . The handle has a deep scratch/gouge . There are black grease smears on the side and a significant scratch across the top. I have purchased this microwave previously and have it at my office . After a kitchen refresh I knew I wanted it home as well. Inventory is limited with this item and I went on quite the hike to find it. So very disappointed.
