Beautiful 3-Cup Electric Food Chopper, Hydrangea by Drew Barrymore

I have purchased 5 of her products and love every one of them! The variety of colors she provides is outstanding! My favorite is lavender. The functionality of each product is phenomenal! I've had no problems with any of the products that I've bought! I would totally recommend any of our products in any of the colors except for lavender because that's my favorite color. Lol

The motor sounds labored, as if it's difficult for it to process even something as soft/gentle as cottage cheese. I am concerned that this product will not last. I have also determined that there is way too much plastic and that more parts need to be made of a lasting metal. I don't believe I could recommend this for longevity reasons.

Should've read other reviews before making my purchase. Upon receiving, I was so excited to try it out. I unboxed it, plugged it in, nothing! It was as though it wasn't plugged in. Although I knew it wasn't the plug, just wanted to make sure so I actually tried it on several different outlets and still nothing. It was nice looking, but that serves no purpose if it doesn't work. Unfortunately it went back to the store and after reading multiple reviews, discovered that I'm not the only one that received a dud. Was on the fence about purchasing another, but there are other brands with much higher ratings. It's too bad as I have other beautiful products but apparently they've missed the mark on this one. You would think with this many negative reviews reporting the same issue the manufacturer would've worked the bugs out by now. Apparently, they are not concerned and banking on the fact that the brand means more than functionality.

Just recently purchased this item and used it once.Tries using it again yesterday and it would not work.I even tried different plugs and it still would not come on

I love her products and have several, but this one is a total fail and now I am stuck with it. Impossible to use after one use. Difficult getting pieces aligned etc. and it won't turn on. Terrible product.

the first time that i used it was a nightmare, then when i finally made it work, it broke, i used it for a total of 3 times, don't waste your money, this is garbage.

I sent a delivery order to my daughter on her birthday and I live out of town. The delivery person left my order on a side walk in front of a business and not my daughter's apartment! I tipped her and Walmart won't take back my tip! She doesn't deserve the tip and I called Walmart and they won't do anything about it!

i used it twice and struggled hard with it both times. The problem was getting the container part of the item on and off the stand.. It was nearly impossible for both myself and my husband. II was afraid to break it because of the plastic slide on part of the lid. I'm returning it today. I hate this product, I just wanted a larger food chopper but it mulches rather than chops.
