Hay Fever!!! It ruins my life. I also have an endless sinus headache. This product does help. Also the price is reasonable. I do not take it all day , every day. Rather I take only first thing in the morning and last thing at night. And as I said, it HELPS. No miracles here but it does help.

These overnight panties have had a very good effect on my overnight incontinence problem. I use the “6 cup” style, which allows me to make it through the night without changing pads several times. Also, I use them when I am out of the house for several hours, so I don't worry about embarrassing leaks.

They are cheaper on their site, but I don't trust using my card anywhere else except %23Walmart's site. I think that you can lower your prices on these overnights according to size and it quantity. Very good product tho'. I hope that you get more of their other products in your stores.

Grandma was trying to wear 2 pads and 2 underwear but with these she didn't have to. She still will use a liner with these just in case. She can't get out of bed and the care taker doesn't come till morning so just in case she can't hold it the have us covered We have tried many other options and so far the have been the best. The Cost my be per items higher than some not all but we are not using multiple at a time.

i dont like the wide opening around the tights. too big doesnt keep you dry but it starts leaking. and it say no leaks. i still have 2 s/m i need to exchange them for a large or get my money back. where do i send them back too. i need address to send them back.

I don't give testimonial, but this product is the first that I have used that really works. Others leak from the legs and did not last overnight. This contains all of the urine. I don't have to get up in the night and switch to another diaper and it does not leave wet spots on the bed. Perfect

I am very pleased with the absorption level of these, but the problem I have is that the elastic back does not hold up. I end up constantly pulling them up whenever I wear them. And if the backs could be more covering for us more fuller figured women, I think that might help. But overall a really good product.

I believe I ordered an XL. It's the size I always wear. As you can see, I got XXL. I did have to open 1 of the 4 packages since I was out. They are huge. Is there any way we can resolve this issue? I am 75 years old and battling cancer. I don't get out much. I order my groceries from Wal-Mart and have a family member pick them up. When they get home, I sort them and family members put them away.

Terrible product....the side of the panties tore away before I could put it on.....I tried four of them, and they all did the same...quality control is miserable......I want a refund and Walmart should not sell this product...Sam Walton would not allow it, were he alive.....
