We have tried so many other brands and none of them work as well as the because overnight! We have 2 boys with Down syndrome who are not potty trained and have to wear overnight pull-ups. The because brand has not let us down! They catch and keep every drop in them.

My wife has dementia and uses a wheelchair. So, much of her day is spent in her recliner. I have found that lying back in her recliner sometimes causes leakage at the top backside. i dont like the wide opening around the tights. too big doesnt keep you dry but it starts leaking. and it say no leaks. i still have 2 s/m i need to exchange them for a large or get my money back. where do i send them back too. i need address to send them back.

Yes, my bladder just goes whenever the heck it wants and it doesn't always wait for me to CHANGE! So, I admit I have had to ‘grin an bear it' too many times! I am very pleased with the absorption level of these, but the problem I have is that the elastic back does not hold up. I end up constantly pulling them up whenever I wear them. And if the backs could be more covering for us more fuller figured women, I think that might help. But overall a really good product.

I wear them always. my bladder is large and if I go outside my home I also wear a booster pad or two. At night I wear 2 booster pads and then it depends on how I'm sitting up or walking I may still leak:expressionless:. But they do better than other brands. When I go it does it right now. I may be right at my bathroom and it starts going before I can sit. That's probably too much information sorry.

You sent me pads! I asked for the small night time underwear what I received were pads with the underwear. The underwear are okay but very expensive. The same quality of underwear can be purchased from Walmart for half the price. Not worth the money.
