Bed Buddy Soothing Microwaveable Heating Pad for Body Aches & Pains, Hot and Cold Pack for Neck

Luckily I had one of these before. The heating instructions are different and I use the one from my original purchase over 30 years ago and it does the job. I think they are being safe because people probably didn't use the product correctly and burned themselves. The new heating instructions are lacking.

Absolutely love this product. I'm so happy that I was able to buy it online because I cannot find it anywhere in my town even my local Walmart store didn't carry it so I did find it on the website and I'm so happy because it was the original that I had 20 years plus ago and I loved it then it's worked beautifully for me over this last week that I've owned it and I'll keep on using it

I wouldn't be without a Bed Buddy this item is a must for my sciatic and lower back pain . It heats up fast in microwave and stays nice and warm. I have been using them for years.

easy to use, no internal liquids to rupture. stays heated long enough to achieve relaxation safely and efficiently best of all, no auto shut-off to worry about.

you have to be careful with these that you do not overheat else they will actually burn. Otherwise really like the product, holds heat for a good amount of time and is flexible so can be placed on your body where you want/need the heat.

I have four of these and find they're helpful in many situations. I used them following shoulder replacement surgery and appreciated the coldness and compression they provided.

Plus side is no cords, it does not stay warm for very long. Has a very funny smell to it, does not get very warm either. but it does work very well when you need it to wrap around like your leg or arm or shoulder.

SO DISAPPOINTED in the new design! I've bought a few Bed Buddy's over the years and have always loved them. This new design is horrible. The old design worked great because it was one continuous tube without sewn-in channels/seams restricting the flow/movement of the filling. This was great because it allowed me to easily move the majority of the filling to the center. Unfortunately, the new design has sewn-in channels in the center which pushes the majority of the filling to the sides. When I use my BB I want the majority of the filling to be in the center!!! I use it for my neck and my mid-back, and I want the majority of the heat to come from the center. Why do companies feel the need to change their products when they already have a great product?!? So frustrating! I won't be buying anymore of these for myself or as gifts. ☹️ My analysis of the new design: 40% of the filling stays to the right, 40% of the filling stays to the left, and 20% of the filling stays in the center. 🙄 I wish I still had my old BB but I had to throw it away because it fell in the toilet.

these are no longer quality products and should not even have the Bed Buddy name. They are awful now and don't heat as directed on teh label and they don't hold heat like the old ones did.

not the same product as pictured. After reading several reviews on this item, I was hoping to avoid the similar issues. Based on the photo of the product, it showed no seam running through the product. When it arrived it had a seam which is rough and uncomfortable. Please read user reviews on this product and mention it.
