Super easy to set up! Screw on the legs, plug in, flip over and it's ready to go! The massage isn't too strong, which is nice. It's calming and relaxing. The pocket on the side is very convenient so you'll never misplace the remotes. The under bed lighting is really nice for night time trips to the bathroom

Well made, Usa made, plumped up with no sagging corners. I checked every bed on Walmart, best info, one year tryout and ten year warranty. Made notes, read reviews, best choices were all Bedstory so I picked from those.

I was already a BedStory owner in 2019, so I knew I would get a good bed. I just wanted to see the new model, and it did not disappoint. This is just an excellent mattress. You will not regret it. Firm enough. You would not want anything firmer than that anyway. Excellent mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I got the mattress it came in a small box but buddy let me tell you… when I cut the plastic… Wowser.. insane how it opened up and look out when you do… it gives you about 3 minutes and it's fully opened.. as for comfort… at first it was hard as a rock for 2 days .. then … simply amazing.. would definitely recommend.

This bed is listed as medium firm. There is nothing firm about this mattress. The ends are so weak and soft that you just fall off the bed when trying to get off. No support on the corners. This mattress should be listed as soft.

The mattress is too soft. There is no support. It collapses when you sit on the edge of it. We could not sleep on it after receiving it. I will have to return it.

I order this item and they sent me the wrong one they sent another mattress and I'm having a hard time for them to come n pick it up or give me my money back is been a month already and I still in the same situation after talking to them already 5 times so,I'm still in waiting for them to do the right thing and I am so upset bcuz it was their fault to sent something different of what I order.
