I also got the throat spray - both helped me through a head cold recently. I appreciate that there are no harsh chemicals.

I usually eat breakstones. So for me the taste wasn't as good.

Seems to help improve my allergies.

I was having weird nose pains (little lighting pains), so I thought I would try this to clear that and my sinuses up. I usually use a sinus wash, but wanted something on the go. I like the results. It smelled a little weird to me when I inhaled, but that goes away quickly and this brand seems great quality!

I was really impressed with this spray during a recent cold. It made it easier to breathe, cleared post nasal drip, and had a plaseant sweet taste. Xylitol is the same active ingredient in tooth paste and chewing gum so I knew it wasn't going to hurt me.

With over 50 years of continuous nose spray usage, of all kinds, I may have found the solution to chronic sinusitis! It's probably too early to accurately rate this wonderful Propolis spray, but so far, after a week of usage, I think this natural alternative may be the end of my agony. Hopefully, I remember to do an update when the dreaded mold spore season is in full bloom, it's coming up soon, and lasts until the first freeze.

I suffer from seasonal allergies and have tried many different nasal sprays over the years. Plus Natural Propolis Nasal Spray has quickly become one of my favorites. It's gentle enough to use daily and has helped reduce my congestion and sneezing. I also love that it's made with natural ingredients, which is important to me. The 1 fl oz bottle is a great value and will last me a while. Excellent purchase! I highly recommend!

It would not spray. Either defective sprayer or design flaw or old??? . Fortunately I had another spray top %26 replaced this one. Product is very good, but beware the sprayer may not work when you pump it. Expensive to have that flaw. 5 stars for product but zero stars for pump sprayer. I

The spray nozzle gets clogged up with chunks of propolis, which makes the product useless. I even tried to transfer the liquid to another spray bottle and it did the same thing with that one.

Arrived in 4 pieces. Returned.
