I have taken one month of one vial/day. I have multiple sclerosis, and I manage it naturally via The Wahls Protocol. I added B.LXR as part of my daily supplementation. I can't say that I notice improved clarity or energy, but having MS, it is very difficult for me to focus or find energy in the first place. I ordered this second month's supply to keep the (invisible) health benefits going during this slow-moving healing process.

After a few consistent days of taking it I started to feel more focused and my energy was increasing. It wasn't like a caffeine boost or sugar rush so there wasn't a crash.
