I combine this one with a "cheaper" version to get the most of out of it. I prefer to open the capsules and pour the powder into my drink/smoothie. Love this vasadilator!

too soon to tell if this will help. saw a recommendation frm pharmacy phil to try beetroot for perimeno symtoms. so far still dealing with occasional hot flashes. i may try one more bottle of this before i decide if this is for me or not

The quality of the ingredients of this package convinces me. It is helpful at any age, similar to other superfoods. The benefit to a nitrate rich diet is that it mix well with foods like arugula. It is a health antioxidant with the potential for improvement of vascularity. The capsules have naturally no taste and can be easily swallowed.

Nature's Truth is my preferred brand of beet root supplements, I use the gummies almost everyday. Taking these capsules, I did feel an increase in energy but there was also the slightest hint of uneasiness. I'm not sure which ingredient might've caused it. I do use other supplements so I can't be certain. I'm very sensitive to such things so you might not have the same problem. The price is good enough to try it once.
