Behrens Galvanized Steel Trash Can, 31-Gallon

Excellent choice! Sturdy and seals tightly. Great value compared to others. Perfect size to store my compost and critters won't get in nor moisture.

The can that arrived is not the one I ordered and paid for. I ordered the can in the picture that has a handle on top. The can I received is a cheaper can with no handle. I paid extra for the can with a handle and waited for shipping. The can that arrived can be purchased at any Walmart, Ace, Home Depot or Lowe's.. Returning this can will be difficult.

Did not receive item I paid for, which was @ $20 more than the cost of this item. Tool photos of item and my order. Wanted company to reimburse me for the difference in price, but they wanted me to return item first. Read other reviews and did not trust that I would get money back, or either correct pail (based on other reviews). Decided to keep pail and lost money, as opposed to returning and not receiving neither pail I ordered, nor refund. Again, based on other reviews. Decided to keep pail ...I believe this was a third party company.

Can is thin gage and tinny, not heavy and robust like cans of old. Plus, it doesn't have a lid handle like they used to have. Two disappointments. Just hope it doesn't rust out.

I spent about $13.00 extra than another trash can on this site thinking that I would be getting a can with a lid that has a handle as shown in the picture. It doesn't have a handle on the lid which I was specifically looking for. False advertising and I spent extra hoping for a lid with a handle.

Trash can came damaged. Dented and won't sit flat. It was the wrong one.

I took a chance after reading all of the reviews. Low and behold it happened to me too. My trash can was delivered and it was bent and not only that the wrong trash can was delivered. The trash can was not packaged in suck a way that would allow the carrier to not damage it. The box was flimsy and the only thing to protect it was paper inside. Very disappointed to say the least.

Deceit or incompetence, but I think deceit. I shopped at 3 or 4 local stores %26 didn't find the trash can I was looking for, what I found where priced from $36 to $49. So I went online %26 found the can I wanted. Ordered it even though it was $30 more, %26 it arrived, but they sent the can I found locally. I believe they hoped it would be to much trouble to return it %26 they would make $30 more. When you show a picture of what you are selling %26 send something else, that's deceit, it's fraud, it's unmoral, it's unAmerican. When I shop in the future %26 find something I like %26 this company's name is selling it I will shop somewhere else, they will never get my business again, they are deceitful, they don't sell what they advertise. I didn't want what they sent %26 I did return it.

The metal trash can I got was all dented up and I know it came from the ware house that way because the box was perfectly fine you could have given me a scratch and dent discount but instead you sent me some ones returnable so you'd think I wouldn't notice what kind of way is this to do business at my 70.00 dollar expense

I did not receive the lid with handles. I notified the third party seller by email and when I received no response I called customer service who said they would contact them. I have not had an update and I paid extra for the lid that I did not receive. At this point I want a refund. Automated email asked me to review… I'll remove if I ever get refund
