I love this product. I do not have a generator, and I hate the complete darkness of power outages, which we have so often. We had one.....I turned on my new light bar (!) and my whole room was brilliantly lit. I immediately ordered two more...another for me, and one for my son-in-law's birthday for his business trailer--- he is a "Little Debbie" distributor. and had been looking for a similar product. He was thrilled and I was the hit of the party! The charge will last a long time, but just remember to check occasionally. The charging cord is included. Thank goodness..no more messy candles! Thank you Bell Howell. I can always depend on your name for a good product.

the light works very well for what I bought it for I got it for underneath my bar it's easy to fined which beverage I want...Thank you

It's also fantastic to have on hand for storms that knock the electric out. Living in Florida that happens a lot and this came into great use last night ! It came charged but I still plugged in and charged it when it came and it charged quickly. The light it gives off is amazing and lit up the room for us to play some card games and make some shadow puppets! It comes with 2 plastic brackets and 2 screws if you'd like to set up in a more permanent spot. I did not use those as I like to be able to move it around as needed and it has the perfect stand !it has a high sitting and a low which is perfect ! I think this is great to have on hand for storms or even take camping ! I may grab another one or two just to have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We definitely love the illumination that the light provides while sitting in the “man cave.” The charge that it holds allows us to enjoy a couple of nights before needing to recharge…electricity is so expensive and this allows us to turn off the lights in the man cave. My husband made a joke about using only these throughout the house to decrease electricity bill.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looking for a bright light for my husband to use at his workspace and around the house. Came across the Bell+Howell Light Bar. My husband is very pleased. It can be hooked where needed and also has a stand (no more holding a light by hand). Very lightweight and portable. 730 lumens, 60 LED bulbs with 2 brightness levels which is perfect for any home. Also has an SOS feature, when plugged in and if your power goes out, the LightBar will automatically turn on. If in the SOS mode. It can also be used as under the counter lighting or in a closet. So many uses for this product around the house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially I was skeptical that I would get enough light to get anything done. First, I charged the light for a good 24 hours with the included power cord before using it. On high, you get close to 5 hours of decent lighting which is nice when the power goes out or for when we are working on the car. If you leave the light plugged in and move the switch to SOS mode the light comes on automatically so it's great if you can mount it with the included screws near stairs, but you need to have an outlet close in that situation. The light has a built in stand for portability so it's a nice backup for campouts with the kids. If you use the low light setting the light lasts longer when kept on steadily. Recharging after the initial charge can take up to 8 hours but usually even a few hours gives you a few hours of light. I felt that I got as much light as a 40 watt bulb when used indoors as emergency lighting so not amazing but pretty good.

Not bright enough for my needs

This light bar is supposed to have 3 settings ... you can change the setting, but the light intensity does not change. The light bar doesn't hold a charge for very long. I even bought a new cord for it, thinking the original cord was defective ... but there is no difference. I would not recommend this product at all.
