Of all the types and brands I've tried, these are the ONLY ones that meet all requirements - effective, taste good, easy to use, reasonably priced. CAUTION - Observe the label carefully because Benefiber makes lots of good products with similar labels, but only this one with the big colored tablets on the label is the one I'm reviewing. NOT all stores have THIS particular product.

It works, whether it's constipation or loose it will adapt to what you need and it works so be aware I would start with just one tablet not three and then work your way up I take two perhaps to patient my friend takes three for his issue,which is opposite of mine. Don't go crazy cuz they do taste good that he's just like sweettarts and a little bit like Tums,but try to refrain!

My mom introduced me to this item when I realized I needed to try to supplement the amount of fiber I was already getting from my regular diet. She and I both use it daily, and it adds an adequate amount of fiber for each of us. It also doesn't taste gross, which helps a lot. I only wish it weren't so expensive - the price could be prohibitive for anyone who could benefit from it who's already struggling financially just to meet their basic needs - so, Benefiber executives, you're probably not reading this review, but in the event you are, please seriously consider lowering the cost of this item. Anyway, I do recommend this product, and I hope that if you try it, that it works well for you too.

OMG. I know I needed to add fiber to my diet and these are the perfect supplement. Easy to take and more importantly, taste GREAT. Definitely recommend.

Husband can't use stimulant laxatives any more and these fiber tablets work! Take them every day and drink plenty of water. Change them up with other fiber sources. He is now regular for the first time in years.

I've gotten the generic of this product type and it does not work the same as this brand name product. I have to utilize this brand name product and benefiber chewable tablets. One of each together after every meal works, any other combination I have previously tried does not work. The generic seem to be the scraps off the floor because it just does not work. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for.

Although the product was smaller than expected and also the tablets are kind of chalky, the item was delivered timely and was consistent with the description. Thank you Walmart employees for working so diligently to make sure we have everything we need!

Many fiber supplements are powders or large pills; having fruit-flavoured chewables makes it easier to take, especially if you dislike swallowing pills or mixing powders. • It uses wheat dextrin, a soluble fibre with prebiotic effect (feeding beneficial gut bacteria), which is a more targeted benefit than simply “bulk fibre”.  • The flavour sugar-free / gluten-free (for many) angle is appealing. For people avoiding sugar or who have minor gluten sensitivity, the formulation hits useful marks.  • As a convenience tool: if your diet is low in fibre, this is an easy way to add some extra. It may enhance gut regularity when used consistently. Some users report improvement in constipation or irregularity.

These chewable tablets are absolutely gross. I've used the gummies before, but these were a little bit cheaper, so I tried them. I can not use them. They're very hard and difficult to chew to begin with, but the flavor literally made me gag. I bought them online, so I wasn't aware of the ingredients before buying. They contain sucralose and aspartame. They're incredibly, sickeningly sweet. Why would anyone who wanted a health product want aspartame in it? I didn't even know it was used anymore.

Poor quality of impatient's and 2 not delivered. I glad I didn't get the 2” seedlings. Now I have to wait for credits to appear on bank account. Driver did not follow delivery instruction to text when delivered . I'm glad my repair man was available to help me out when I'm disabled. Never again ordering from you.
