its ok but to me its just as good as plain benefiber sticks and get more sticks.I noticed no flavor like I thought it would. There is no need to buy the so called flavored ones.Thats ok I just know not to buy the flavored ones anymore.
Dr recomended, he says takes a few weeks for all to regulate but he was very confident that they would be what i need. Many of his patients are doing well with Benefiber . i did like the taste , did not have that bloated felling . Hopefully after a few weeks i will write again
Stomach get sensitive to certain foods so started adding 1 teaspoon daily to my coffee and helped reduce the sensitivity.
I have been taking Benefiber since my doctor suggested taking it to fix and prevent my hard stool / rectal bleeding problem. I bought these strawberry lemonade-flavored to-go sticks after seeing the word "NEW!" on the box. I said to myself, "Why not?" The next day, I tried a packet with a cold bottle of water from my fridge. Opening a packet, I was greeted with the sweet smell of strawberry lemonade, then I poured the packet into the bottle. Within seconds, the water turned pink, but some of the powder began to clump into a small ball. It took a little longer than 60 seconds of shaking the bottle for the powder to dissolve completely. Once the powder was mixed in, I took a sip and… I was a little disappointed. I only tasted a little bit of strawberry lemonade. I later tried another stick, this time pouring it into a cup of tap water. This time the powder did not clump and it dissolved quickly when I stirred it for 60 seconds. The taste was still the same. The box says to take two sticks daily and there are 24 in each box, so these will last you 12 days. Pros: - The powder smells good, along with the water once mixed in. - Good source of fiber. - Convenient size for travel. - Works best with tap water (at least for me). Cons: - Very little flavor. - May clump and take longer to dissolve in a cold water bottle (if this happens, I recommend alternating between shaking up and down, then left and right until the powder eventually dissolves completely, or simply using a room temperature bottle). It would have been nice if the flavor was as strong as the scent. Until the strength of the flavor gets improved, I'll just stick to the regular powder.
This stuff is tastes like someone is talking about pink lemonade in the next room ...not like I'm drinking pink lemonade
Several years ago, Benefiber packets were a staple for me. Then, there was a recall, and the product was off market. This product, although flavored, is much less tasty. Very disappointing.
This new flavor is really faint, so it basically tastes watered down. I have not notice any positive effects of the increased fiber intake as a result of drinking these. I do like the ease of these being on the go.
These are not like the kiwi strawberry that they use to make. These have little to no flavor and they taste like nothing at all. They cut the cost the pack is much slimmer than the kiwi strawberry flavor they use to have. Won't buy again unless they add more flavor to the packs.
I thought it would taste like strawberry lemonade, it does not. It tastes like basically nothing with a faint flavor of something, maybe fruitiness. It's not sweet at all.
You would think with the price it would taste somewhat decent, but it's terrible. Like chew up a max strength tylenol terrible.
