The capsules are easy to swallow, and most importantly, they seem to work. My son is lactose intolerant, but after taking one capsule each night before eating cheese pizza for the past two nights, he hasn't experienced any tummy issues at all. That's a huge win for us! I'd picked this stuff up, because I was stuck with eating Vegan Gluten-Free styled foods. Don't get me wrong, the food tastes amazing, but, you don't get enough for how much you spend on it. I took two of these along with some Lactaid Medicine, and, I was ABLE TO EAT MEAT AND BREAD AGAIN!!!! WHOOHOO!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PARTICULAR MEDICINE FOR ANYONE ELSE WHO HAS A MEAT AND GLUTEN INTOLERANCE!!!!

I can't count the times I've mistakenly eaten something with gluten or some minor cross contamination. Those days would be so painful for me, constantly bloated. When I've accidentally “glutened” myself, the bloating has even lasted for weeks. Gas medication rarely works, and often makes the pain even worse. I've used these several times, and they really put my temperamental digestive system at ease. I've also used it after accidentally ingesting pork, another sensitivity of mine and it worked. I trusted it enough that I took two of the capsules and tried a small cinnamon roll. And was only slightly surprised that I had zero reaction to the gluten. Now I still won't eat gluten regularly, and generally won't eat it on purpose. But I was blown away with the results of my little experiment. I will keep this supplement on hand as long as they make it!! Important to note, this is not suitable for celiacs.

When someone says it's gluten free and it isn't first time trying you will need to take it more than once . I have pretty bad celiacs it was awful couldn't drive or anything had it sent . I would recommend because it did help but I was violently ill so I took it for a few days during the worse diarrhea , stomach cramps And rash

I love that this breaks down everything that makes me bloated and yucky. I will continue these long term.

I tend to stay away from gluten because of my issues but when I used this and ate some gluten, I didn't have any issues.

I only tried for a month, so I don't know whether I supposed to see any result within a month though. Package was good, each tap off bottle. I don't know whether i can purchase it since I do not really feel different. The smell of capsule is tolerable.

This specifically helps with products that have wheat, barley, and rye. It really helped lessen bloating and gas for me!! It left no weird aftertaste.
