Spring Valley Activated Charcoal Dietary Supplement Capsules for General Wellness, 520 mg, 60 Count

Well I am not sure of all the uses for Activated Charcoal but I am using the capsules for helping with my digestion and intestines health. Do not take this with food or other medicines as it will absorb nutrients from your meal! I also take some of the capsules apart and use the powder to help get rid of the stains out of my teeth. It is made from coconut shells and is not toxic but it can cause toxic side effects if you consume too much. I also use it in my tobacco pipes to make a layer of "cake "i in the bowl.

This is one of the most useful products out there! I often use it after eating if I feel like I'm not going to feel my best. The price is reasonable and I feel like I get value for my money. I keep a bottle at home and also take it when traveling. Highly recommend!

Great for when you eat bad food, it binds toxins and you poop it out. Keep in mind the poop is usually very black so don't be alarmed lol I have also given this to my dog on days I notice he's nauseous and it helps him too!

I cannot recommend enough that all pet owners have a bottle of this activated charcoal on hand in case of accidental ingestion of any kind of foreign substance that their animal is not supposed to ingest. It has saved my dog many times and pretty much impossible to overdose your pet on, but I still recommend you talk to a vet or do your research for your specific pets needs and criteria. My dog is unfortunately extremely curious and will eat and drink just about anything so you can only imagine and when I have suspected based off of out of the norm behavior from my fur baby That she has ingested something she's not supposed to I dip five or six capsules in peanut butter and she swallows them with no problem and can see the difference and her return back to her normal behavior and baseline within 30 minutes.

If I even think were getting a stomach bug this is my go to. My children got sick and we instantly started taking this it stop the spread. It works. May give you black stool so dont panic. Not for daily use IMO. we only take it for stomach illness.

Seriously do you buy milk or water half full package ? It was packaged and closed … Why it's less than a half filled ? I pay for content inside not a package? What else in it not completed? Disappointed!
