This products save me a lot of money because I went to MicroCenter and they try to charge me $35 for a cable that look cheaper than this cable. But I'm glad that I saved money and bought a really high quality cable that works well.
This item works very well it is well made which for me is super grate ..I have a four year old granddaughter who can ruin a power cord in second a but this cord ? Stands strong for me if I need charging cord again . It would be this one ..I Regiment this cord to any one !

I needed a bigger display for my backup Chromebook. This allowed me to connect it to an unused desktop monitor and made for the perfect fix at a good price, and it was delivered promptly.
User-friendly ordering process. Cord worked just as advertised. Effective connection between monitor and Macbook Pro.
Even though the cord quality is good, this wire didn't work out for me. I have a monitor that runs 1080p @ 144Hz with variable refresh rate. Despite the wire claiming to run 4K @ 144Hz, it fails to run for more than 30 mins on my 1080p @ 144Hz before overheating. I have to constantly unplug and re-plug it into my laptop to continue using my external monitor. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who wants to use it for G-SYNC (or FreeSync) at 120Hz or 144Hz at all. It is probably okay for a fixed, 60Hz usage.

It only works upside down some of the time. The cord is difficult to twist and you need about 1 foot of cord to twist half way.
