I have been taking this for about a week now and I believe it is working. My sugar seems to be coming down. I will buy it again. I still watch what I eat and do not go wild. I found out I had a sugar problem about 13 years ago. I check my sugar daily and this seems to keep it in shape.

I take these about 30 min before breakfast and my appetite subsides and i can eat a lot less for breakfast and it gets me to lunch easily. No complaints here.

I usually dont take supplements but my friend told me about berberine. I started taking it in July of this year. I have noticed that I am not as hungry and have lost a few pounds. I am on the cusp of being pre diabetic so anxious to see if there is any change in my HBA1c level. There are other berberine supplements out there that are way more expensive. This one is very economical.

I Must say I'm pleased with this product it has helped me and few of my friends control our insulin and helps with weight loss. I'm not sure how it would work for someone else but for me it's been doing wonders for me. Thanks for an amazing product.

Arrived earlier than expected. I started using the Berberine about 3 days ago 2 capsules every morning. I checked my blood glucose today before breakfast and it dropped for 10 points.

Took as directed, had no impact on my blood glucose. Waste of money.
