Berberine ... New to me
This is a new product for me. I don't know much about it. I am learning as I try it. So far it seems to be doing good. I have more energy since i have been taking it. Both Berberine and Cinnamon are supposed to help in controlling blood sugar. I will find out with my next blood test in 2 1/2 months.

This supplement is known to be healthful in a variety of ways. For myself ...I began taking it as an add-on to complement my cardio health. This one is easy to take, seems to be of great quality, price is right on and delivery timeframe was perfect.
