I absolutely loved this tree and for all the people posting pictures of when they first pulled it out of the box it's just ridiculous and I wish I would have took that picture to show what this tree truly could become. I'm not going to lie you know the video says it takes an hour and a half it took me few days I have a little one so I would work on it a little bit each day but it was absolutely beautiful once you fan out all the branches. The pictures don't even do it justice

The tree turned out, absolutely beautiful. It did take about an hour and a half to fluff it up and get it right, but it was well worth it. The branches turned out very, very full and fluffy. There were hardly any holes anywhere, but you could always position it to where there were any. The lights were absolutely glowing, beautifully. I was 100% absolutely pleased, I would buy this tree over and over again and I would recommend it to anybody and everybody.!!!!!

It's a tedious process fluffing all of the branch tips however it's necessary for a full looking tree. Instructions included on the suggested method for fluffing the branch tips plus a few spare lights. Easy to assemble and plugs are labeled for the lights. I'm very happy with the overall look, shape and size. It was a good choice.

Although it did the trick . It wasn't fully what I expected . It was decent but the tree lacked fullness . In the marketing picture the tree looks so much more fluffy and full and in person it was just kinda sad . The lights were the only part I can't complain about .

As easy as this tree was to assemble, it was very difficult for one person to take apart. The top section and the stand removed easily. But the two sections of the main part of the tree would not separate unless there were two people trying to pull the sections apart.

The tree arrived today, 2 days later than expected, but that's another matter. We assembled the tree per the instructions and fluffed the branches. The tree is not at all full and looks very artificial. You can see the center pole very easily through the sparse branches. The worst thing is that it is defective. The lights at the top of section A do not work.

This tree is nothing like the picture online. I was very disappointed, I paid $75 dollars for something that I could have purchased for $25 dollars. After I got it decorated it turned out beautiful. Although the branches didn't come all the way down like in the picture online and I never could get the lights to work. It was a very small tree but it turned out beautifully because of the work I put into it.

It was sent back. We were promised a full refund. Still have not received the money back in the account. This was in December 2025. I have no choice now to consider this theft. Law enforcement will be notified unless you correct this horrible treatment of a customer.

I was skeptical with the other reviews but I am happy with the tree. It could use a few more branches but overall it was full I will store it as is without garland and decorations and just put a tree cover over it. Then I won't have to fluff the branches next year

I absolutely hate This tree. It took me forever to fluff the limbs out, and it still has big holes all in the tree. I don't like it. I don't like it at all. I would never order it again if I had the opportunity to do. I would definitely not order it again. Those photos are when I first started with it. The other photo is after hours and hours of trying to fluff the limbs out and it still has big holes everywhere. I had to cover them up and the side facing the wall. It has huge holes in it.
