What a way to get a good bed for 25% the cost of the others

good over all,... heavy duty, full tilt head and feet, massage is a wonderful thing ! The only couple addons could make it better is a charge outlet on BOTH sides and motion sensors on the under foot lights. Great base so far, 3 months, fair price.

the bed frame is sturdy and cost effective. i paid significantly cheaper with yhis option. the massage mode and zero gravity help with my circulation and muscle spasms. massage mode just means it vibrates the bed, i knew this buying it. the remote is great but i didnt like the pockets were in the middle for remote holders. cant really access with the mattresses. it dosnt matter i keep it in my night stand. i recommend it!

The detailed manufacturing of this item is impressive. I flipped to see the cable distribution, and I was impressed. I bought two for a split king and it works perfectly. I highly recoment it.

The seller is very communicative and stands by their product in case you have tech issues so please reach out! As for the product, it is great for the price. I’ve had bases of all price ranges and this one keeps up with the best of them. The auto TV button, chargers on the side, and other features make it better than my prior base, which cost triple. And the head of the base has nothing sharp sticking out to hurt yourself with, like I did my prior base 😅

These have got to be the best bed frames EVER ! Seriously, I bought 2 twin XL mattresses, no box springs and it's HEAVEN. Great customer service, needed help and they immediately responded. I know they are a little bit more than the others, but they are just the best. They look great and I like that I can recline and my husband can lay flat. I'm just so freakin happy with this item.

We got the split king adjustable base and I'm giving it 5 stars for the actual product and 1 star for Best Choice Products customer service. We received our order in two boxes: They send 2 twin xl adjustable bases for the split king base. When I opened the boxes, I noticed that each base was different. They had different motors, different instructions, different remotes, and different features. It's not a huge issue because they're the same size and they're both comfortable, but one of the bases had more features than the other one. Basically, one of the bases didn't come with the features advertised. I reached out to Best Choice Products to ask about this. I'm currently still talking with them. It's been over an hour of back and forth. I had one simple question (Should we have received identical bases?), and now they're telling me that the products aren't right because I didn't "install them correctly." The instructions for installation are literally screwing the legs in and then plugging it in. Make sure you check your bases if you receive the split king.

THE MASSAGERS DOES NOT WORK WHEN I WANTED TO RETURN IT THEY SAID I NEEDED THE ORIGINAL BOX IT CAME IN WHICH I DISCARDED THE SAME DAY IT WAS PUT UP, THEREFORE I ASK SINCE I COULDN'T RETURN IT WILL THEY GIVE ME A DISCOUNT BECAUSE OF THE DEFECT. I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM AT ALL. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN

Very light weight. My current frame which is 10 years old was built so much better. Motors are in stalled into foundation very quiet. The motors are hung on frame and clipped in with a pin. RATTLE. THE TWO TWIN. ARE NOT AS STURDY AS MY FULL CAL KING. PLATFORM IS VERY THIN. EVEN THOUGH LEGS SAY ADJUSTABLE. AND SYNC TO King. it was not sufficient for the full deep adjustable mattress Cal King I got.

The fram was easy to assemble and worked well at first. The bed motor was quiet, and the multiple function remote was easy to use. however, after 11 months it just stopped working. it is getting power and all lines seem to still be in place but it just doesn't work
