Great natural diuretic - my clothes fit every day.
I work late and have a bad habit of eating salted almonds or peanuts late at night once I come home, so when I wake up my hands and ankles seem a little swollen due to the salt. One of these before bed makes my body feel normal when I wake up. That time of the month when water retention is off the charts I plan on doubling up on these because they do make a tremendous difference.
