This bed looks exactly as shown, and is pretty easy to assemble. The package was kind of heavy for me (66 year old woman), so I had to open it and carry the parts upstairs in a couple of trips. Easy to put together two adults did it in about 45 minutes. Sturdy and nice beautiful solid wood. Feels well made and doesn't shake around. Bought one for each bedroom. The only thing it's missing is some holes to add a headboard. The 18 inches makes it very high off the ground. So only good option if your bed is about 13 inches or lower and you're not planning to add a box spring. I like that the slates were only about three inches apart and the wood boards were about 3 inches each. With about 6 legs total for a lot of support. Highly recommend!

Great and sturdy bed frame at a great price! Perfect height and was easy to assemble. The color is great and it feels so strong! The height is perfect if you also want to store things under your bed.

WOW!!! Excellent packaging. Even the foam packing was wrapped in plastic, which stops all of the pieces of foam from flying all over the place. Instructions were fantastic. Very easy to put together. Solid wood. Nothing cheap here. Well worth the price. Took 1 hr to unpack, make sure all pieces were there, and to put together. If you are wondering whether to buy this, BUY IT!!! 5 Stars all the way around. No surprises, just a solid platform bed.

Very study. It was somewhat easy to put together. I ordered the one with taller legs as the other was quite low to the ground. I'd add my own rubber feet for the legs, but overall a very good bed and can't beat the price

This bed frame although easy to assemble, is much easier to break. If you barely lean on one side or the other, the legs lean with it. The frame itself offers little support for the bed and is not solid. It's cheap but if I could go back to before I assembled it and return it I would. The only reason why I'm not returning it is because I would have to disassemble it and send it back in the original packaging which isn't an option.
