Better Homes & Gardens 63.5 in Contemporary Black 3-Light Floor Lamp with Clear Glass Shades

It's a very pretty lamp. We use 40w Edison lights that are small in shape and they are very pretty. The way our lights work is you can have 1 illuminated, or 2 or all 3. They are not dimmable and I do not know how they claim 4 way unless the fourth way is off. Ours arrived perfectly wrapped and the glass shades were well protected in bubble wrap and cardboard. Super easy to assemble.

I should've been able to cancel the order as soon as I learned that only one item was going to be delivered. It was not too late, even though the driver was assigned. I was then given the responsibility of returning the lamp that they brought me if I wanted it returned.

We like the look of the lamp but it was too bright. With clear glass globes, even with lower watt bulbs, it was too much for our space. We prefer a lampshade that will diffuse the light.

Item arrived on time however it appeared to have been just thrown in my front yard. Box was open and parts were falling out of box. When we went to put it together the two parts of the pole would not screw together. So it is getting returned/exchanged this week for a new one. Surprisingly the glass globes were wrapped good or I probably would've had a mess of broken glass in my lawn to cleanup. Hopefully they will have a replacement one because it does look like a nice floor lamp

Came with the top clear glass lamp shade broken. :(. So inconvenient to return for just an exchange just to get an unbroken top lamp shade replaced. :(. Maybe the outside box should have been labeled, fragile, glass.

I am a big fan of Better Homes and Gardens and their quality has always been top tier for me, so this one was a surprise. Assembly was simple, the base felt solid, and standard bulbs fit with no trouble. The problem was the look. It reads much smaller and less substantial in person than it does in the listing photos, and mine had a slight lean in the pole that I could not correct. I returned it and found something that suited my space better for less money. Not a knock on the brand at all, just a miss on style and scale for my room.

My lamp arrived in original box that looked like it went through a boxing match which at that point I should've known to stop right there and return it. Once opened there were chunks of damage on the finishes. For the price I am not impressed with the quality of the product at all.

I ordered a black floor lamp with 3 clear glass bulbs and I got a gold floor lamp with one light that isn't anything like what I ordered or wanted

Metal pole was crooked so lamp would not screw in all the way. Instructions came in Spanish only
