Beautiful design. Nice automatic shut off feature. It has lots of options for light mode to match what mood you are feeling. Makes my home smell nice. Wish it had different options for other scents. Overall I'm happy with it.

Great looking product but ALL have been defective!
I have purchased five of these, to include one for a housewarming gift for my niece and they have all stopped working shortly after purchasing them. this includes the ones that I have returned and gotten replacements for. I love these! It's very ridiculous that they continue to give out. When I went to the store at one point to return one and get another one, the bottom base was missing out of the one I chose off the shelf. My assumption is that someone's broke and they came and stole a new one directly off the shelf.

does not turn off when water is low
If only I could send this back, I would. It was noisy. However, the issue is that the automatic shut off when water is low does not work. This caused the diffuser to stop working. Poor design, especially for the price.
