Better Homes & Gardens Velvet Clothing Adult Hangers, 100 Silver, Non-Slip, Space Saving

I have always had a good experience with the Better Home and Garden Velvet Hangers! I have them in PINK for my dresses, BLACK with Gold Hooks for my coats and jackets, BLACK with Silver Hooks for my sweaters, BEIGE for my blouses, and now GREEN for my pants. My closets are not finally organized!

My daughter recently lost their home in a fire. In setting up a new home, she asked for velvet hangers because most of her clothing was ruined from plastic hangers melting into the fabric. She loves the velvet ones I ordered for her and even ordered more herself.

When they arrived I was very pleased that they were sturdy and very nice looking at a reasonable price. My clothes stay on them well instead of being on the floor and hearing my hubs complain. I'm reorganizing my closet (we have his %26 hers so think itty bitty closets) and heard these (felt hangers in general) have a thinner profile so I finally broke down and purchased some. To my surprise it's actually true. Coming from plastic hangers to these - I have a GAP in my closet!!! I bought the 100 pack while it was on sale, I compared prices between Dollar Tree, Target, Walmart. (not Amazon because I'm not a Primer) This specific pack was the best deal. They were sold out of the Black but I love green so it worked out. I would also like to point out that the green matches the Dollar Tree green baskets out right now - it's January 2026. I had purchased the baskets to organize my shelves before getting the hangers - not planned but loved how it worked out! The tall baskets with the handles from Dollar Tree also matches! I'm using them for laundry baskets. One basket is the perfect size for a full load in our washing machine.

I really like these hangers. They are so thin I can fit more clothing in my closet and isn't that every woman's dream LOL. I can also hang both a pair of leggings and a coordinating top together on one hanger and nothing slips off. I'm disabled and this makes it very easy for me to put together a coordinating outfit. I have bought several boxes and I will not purchase any other kind. Highly recommend.

The hangers work really well to keep blouses made of slick fabric from slipping off the hanger, and they don’t cause hanger bumps. They also hold pants with no sliding around and don’t cause marks on the pants where they lay across the hanger. They are very sturdy and are a pretty muted pink color. They’ve increased in price around two dollars since I bought them about a year ago, but I still feel like they’re a good price.

I purchased these as I was reorganizing my closet and wanted all matching hangers that wouldnt damage my clothes and that my dresses wouldn't just slide off of. These have a velvet coating that helps to be sure your clothes dont slip off. These are so much better than the regular plastic ones! Ive had these for several months now and they have held up well! These are strong and sturdy hangers and they also make your closet a little cuter.!

Not as pictured. I'm sure they work fine but the beige now comes with gold hooks and they are half an inch higher than they used to be. The steel before was smoother, the gold is all scratched up and has pieces of the velvet flocking stuck in the finish.

I bought these exact hangers a couple years ago and they have been great so I bought a bunch more. The ones I just purchased are all breaking. They must have changed the way they make them because they are all snapping at the same point in all the hangers. The old ones are still holding up strong. I am very sad with whatever changes they made.
