Mostly sugar syrup. Very little lavender flavor. You might be better off making your own from an infusion of lavender flowers in grain alcohol or vodka and sugar. That's called a cordial. They're very easy to make with fruit, herbs or spices. Fresh pears and ginger makes a good cordial too.

this is so good and simple and pure tasting. i have had other brands that are so full of artificial flavorings and colors that it just tastes like a chemical spoonful of sugar. this syrup is the best lavender syrup we have tried. i use this to make pavender matchas and its absolutely perfect

There is no lavender flavor whatsoever here. Overpriced sugar water. Weaker than agave, and more expensive, and worse for you. I'm going to stick to buying agave.

The product is the classic you get what you pay for. There really isn't much lavender flavor just overwhelming SWEET. no matter how little you use. If you are going to use it at all, just add a little bit.

I like mixing my own drinks (shocker lol) so I tried this in COFFEE. It's actually fantastic. I put sugar free hazelnut creamer in, and then a bit of this simple syrup. It's great!

I didn't taste any lavender whatsoever. It is pleasantly sweet like a syrup should be, but you could buy any plain syrup and have the same flavor.

This product is useless. There is absolutely no scent or flavor of lavender in it. It's just junk sugar water with a purple label on it.

The lavender flavor is not very strong. The syrup itself was very different smelling than i expected, but it didn't taste bad.

The essence of lavender is there, but not strong enough. They could cut down on the sugar and add more lavender extract to improve.
