Definitely solid, works well
The pre-workout definitely works. I'm 6ft 5in and ~180lbs and 1 scoop had my face Itching and burning, which sounds bad, but it also got me energized and ready for a lift. The itchiness was almost overwhelming but nothing a pre hasn't done to me before. As for the taste, it's tart like many pre workouts but as someone with a weak stomach, I was able to down it and be happy with the flavor. Definitely more extreme than pink lemonade though

Tingle
Made my skin burn. It has the tingle in it for muscles stimulation. I an not a fan of that effect. I read many reviews on this product. I didn't see any claming there was the tingle. unfortunately i can not use this product. The flavor is great. mixed very well with cold water. I would recommend.

it gives you energy but it made me itch like crazy. i tried it a couple of times to make sure it was the product and it was. i know it states you get a tingling feeling but this was full on itch. kinda upset since it cost alot but im glad i tried it and know what i dont like. hope everyone else got a different experience:)
