i really like this thermometer. i can use it indoors or outdoors with ease. it has a program for my phone, which is super convenient. i can go about my other things and the phone will alert me when things are done!
Fantastic device. Works great and improves cooking a lot.
Works great, perfect steaks every time.
this was a gifl for my husband. He loves that there is more then one thermometer
40 minutes in and temps are ranging from 65-77 from 4 probes placed in 4 different chicken legs at 375°C. adding 10 minutes and checking again... but it has indego glow if you know what that is... probably going to return this.
I was buying this one to replace another. This one arrived and does not power on. Loose wiring inside. I opened it up and soldered the connection back. Get it on, and then realize there's more wrong with it, cannot set a temp. I'm keeping it because I can use these probes with my other one, and the cost of the probes is more than i paid for the item, so it's beneficial, at least. What a bummer though
The Bluetooth doesn't go very far, as soon as I get down the hall it starts beeping loudly because the Bluetooth dropped. It's no more than 50 feet. Then after 3 or 4 uses, it doesn't even accurately measure the temperature and is completely useless. As soon as I put the Turkey breast on the grill it showed 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
This thing reads 200 degrees while sitting on my counter. When I tested it along side other thermometers the temp was way off the others. I tried it along side 2 others and while the other two were within a few degrees of each other this one was 30 or more degrees off.
My second BFOUR thermometer and the same problem with both. Worked great through 3-4 uses. After about 6 weeks every probe reads well over 100 degrees as soon as they are connected. No reset button that I can see and no way to resolve the problem that I've been able to find online. I thought maybe something had happened to the first one and gave them another chance. My mistake.
to complicated for just trying to grill out. Doesn't have easy options you have to load the app on your device to use it at all
