Bought this after my Weber IGrill mini stopped working while smoking our thanksgiving turkey…I searched on Amazon for wireless thermometers, many of which weren't currently in my price range. I stumbled upon this probe set on Walmart, and figured I'd give it a try for the price. I'm certainly happy I made the purchase! The Bluetooth range could be better, but the battery life and temperature accuracy are superb. I'd definitely recommend this item.

Handles Rotisserie Abuse well. I am pleased that the unit does not try to give ambient air temp also, this seemed to be a fail point on other brands. Many are rated to 500F Pretty sure this unit is rated to over 700F. Less is more. I just want the internal temp and this unit provides that well. Seventh cook. This is an achievement considering my bad experiences with reasonably priced wireless thermometers. Both probes working within a couple or few degrees. Had a problem with one on July4th. One probe wouldn't connect. May have been too much frequency chatter considering the holiday, Maybe. Probe began working correctly later in the day. Probe had also received a full charge by that time. You can get better charging connections by rotating or rolling the probes in the base with your thumb, creating better contact. Good range. Good efficiency. Good Price and does not require a phone app but im my experience the app was necessary to convert the unit from Fahrenheit to Celsius.

When connecting the Bluetooth thermometer to the app, need to select the model purchased. The connection is very stable. I was roasting a chicken in the oven, I could watch TV in the living room without the connection dropping. It's a fantastic product and very affordable.

The connection is incredibly stable and strong! I was skeptical about the range, but this bfour meat thermometer lives up to the hype. I can walk around my house freely while my phone receives real-time temperature data without a single drop. Amazing product! For best signal, keep main unit near probe.

an excellent way to measure temperature on your meats. I've used it for Thanksgiving on my turkey too measure dark and light meat. then again in my air fryer for a perfect medium rare fillets ahi tuna. haven't figured out the presets yet but I hate reading instructions. overall excellent though!

This has to be one of my favorite meat thermometers to use it is so easy to probe and connect. The monitor is very easy to read. It's not complicated. The directions were very 123 and done. I am able to set my stuff to be medium for my steak and it came out perfect very pleased.

After losing my old probes , i decided to give this one a try and i am so glad i did, no regrets on purchasing this one. Setting it up is super basic and effortless. Easy to use and way more affordable. Overall it feels like buying thisbwas an upgrade to my old one, reliable performace, better quality and great value. So far everything works seamlessly and without any issues. i couldn't be more happier with my purchase. This is exactly what i needed and it exceeded all my expectations.

My husband ended up getting a smoker with all the deals. So I got him this probe. He is so excited to have it. The very first night he used it, he took it out and set it in some tin foil to cool down. After dinner I started cleaning up and accidentally threw the tin foil away, and took the trash out. Started going off saying out of range and we quickly retrieved it out of the trash. So thankful for that feature as the trash truck came the next day and we would have been out of luck getting it. It works great and really has helped taking the guessing game out of whether food is ready or not and constantly opening the smoker, bbq, or oven to check the temps. I highly recommend

I was so hoping this would work it was built great easy set up easy app use the problem is when i out it in the meat on the smoker i could only get 60 feet from it and loose the signal tried all the suggestions to fix it but did not help wish i could have used it but with the lid closed it wont stay hooked up

I would recommend this item with some caveats. This is a great starter unit. It is wireless, tells temperature, and has a app so that you monitor what's going on from your phone. Also, it 35 bucks, it doesnt cost very much. That being said, it is a cheaper knock off and it shows. The main issue that I had is the fact that you have to reconnect it to the app, each time you use it. Even if you create a profile, connect and save the device/settings; when you close the app, you will have to do the exact same thing again. Another issue that I had, is that after few hours in the oven, the wireless probes continuously and randomly disconnects. It does reconnect with little effort but if you arent paying attention, it can ruin your turkey ( which it did).. It seems to work well for up to two hours in the heat. On the bright side, its great for grilling. You still have to add the device in the app and set it up with each use but atleast it works and it doesnt seem to disconnect when cooking steaks on the grill.
