Western Premium BBQ 500 CU in Pecan Smokers Chunks Box

Western BBQ Chunks in general have been my go-to smoker wood for a long time. Pecan is my favorite for Thanksgiving %26 Christmas Turkeys. This season, I made a slight change, and used a blend of Apple Chunks, along with Pecan. I call it "Pecapple" It checks all my boxes, because it tastes fantastic, and the aroma drifting around the neighborhood is mouthwatering! Yumm!

I have nothing but satisfaction and good things to say about Walmart's pricing, availability, and delivery response time. The items I order online are things I use frequently and am familiar with. The pecan chunks are great in the meat smoker, especially mixed with oak too. Walmart online has had them in stock every time and at a very competitive price. The charcoal is something I use an awful lot of and really shop for sales or the best price possible. I hate to sound like a Walmart commercial but again, very competitive pricing, in stock items, fast delivery.

This brand specifically is a go to for me when I'm smoking a beef brisket!! The smell alone when smoking is so pleasing to my nose. The flavor is amazing and it's just such a wonderful end product!!!

Not only is Pecan one of my favorite flavors for smoking, this is a good package. Nice sized box, easy to store and read. The chunks themselves were mostly the size I need for my CampChef Woodwind Pro. Only had to split a couple of pieces to fit them into my smoke box.

I use all of the wood brands, including hickory, oak, mesquite, and most of the fruit woods like cherry and apple. Pecan is a nice wood for smoking, and this brand works well. It is a good product for the price. I have already re-bought these chunks and would do it again.

This brand delivers not only the best bang for the buck but the cleanest burning wood no matter which type ranging from the fruitier to the nuttier.

It added a great flavor to my chicken. I like that it comes in a sturdy box that I can stack the apple cherry and pecan varieties atop each other. The pieces are a little larger than I would normally use. I had to buy a hatchet to render them down. After soaking the pieces in water, the burn rate atop the coals was consistent. This type of wood might be a little strong if you're grilling fish. At the price point I received, I absolutely couldn't be happier with the product.

The only thing I didn't like was how small the box was. I thought it would be bigger for the price. Otherwise a good product.
